I've always had jobs where I had to interact with people (manager, receptionist, hostess, Italian/English tutor, shop assistant, cashier etc.), being those customers and/or colleagues.
My most recent job, at a watersport center, required me to deal with customers face-to-face, through emails and on the phone.
Four years ago I started out as a receptionist there, and last year, I ended up managing said center: it was probably my biggest accomplishment to date: other than receptionist tasks, I hired and managed the staff, I made the schedules, placed orders for equipment needed, recorded day to day financial transactions etc.
I also work as a virtual assistant during the winter months (and right now too, due to Covid19) for said watersport center, and I do those same tasks.
I would say that I have experience in both outbound (selling courses to customers) and inbound (providing a satisfactory solution to the customers' inquiries) services.
Other than that, I'd also be comfortable with data entry jobs and translation jobs (English -> Italian).
I love working remotely and I hope someday I can find a stable work-from-home job.
Ideally, I'm looking for a full-time job, but a part-time or hourly job works fine too.
I have perseverance, a strong will and I listen to what I'm told and taught. I'm also responsible and I can figure out things on my own, without always needing assistance.
Thank you.
