article, the company's CEO clearly expressed his
desire to improve the UX to make using the

workstation and cafeteria management in
addition to the already existing car park
management , but this change only
occured last year. As a result, the platform
is not considered as a “specialist” (no clear
Trust Factor) in the field of office booking,
moreover the change of name from
"mycarspot" to "Sharvy" may raise doubts
among the consumer, in fact, it can cause a
situation of misunderstanding between the
offer change and the name change. Most
of the reviews found on internet, mentioned
only the parking management functionality.

of articles related to what makes the
success of this application in the first place.

trends (Covid) to introduce new features, but
does not seem to specialize in any. Indeed,
deskbird with its "Workspace booking" and
"Hybrid Scheduling" tools outclasses the flex
office and desk sharing options, much less
advanced with available workstations only

user-friendly interface, without any particular
profile for each employee and not feedback
asked to them in order to improve the area of

specfic thematic who is part of their branding.
Offer and Distribution: The platform is made up of two entities. You have Hubtobee
Travel (the first functionality available) aimed at all types of travelers allowing them to
evelop their internal network by quickly identifying new contacts depending on where
they are located. However, it is the Hubtobee FLEX mode that will get our interest, the
smart flexible teleworking solution, dedicated to the management of flex-office and
teleworking in large groups and SMEs.
Their most significant partnership is with the insurer Allianz, but many others use the
Flex mode daily. In fact, the partnership with Safran has approximately 50,000 users, in
more than 10 countries , a partnership that will most certainly extend to more than ten
new countries according to the CEO.
After having established a partnership with BCD Travel, their objective for the future is
this time to strengthen the integration of their offer in OBT and SBT business, in order to
be able to establish solid relations over time.
