I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim, Germany as well as a Master's degree in Management of Learning from the University of Maastricht, the Netherlands, graduating as top of my class. I have worked at two of the world's top consulting companies - KPMG and Accenture. Working in a consulting company most definitely teaches you how to develop your analytical and interpersonal skills, how to manage high workload and to pay attention to detail. In Accenture I worked as Instructional Designer, which constantly required learning and adapting to the clients' culture and processes. I have worked on various multinational projects and I am highly experienced in using content software tools such as Articulate and Captivate as well as various LMSs. In addition, my personality is characterised by a high degree of commitment, flexibility, stress resilience, curiosity and customer orientation.
