Luana Rodas

I’m a Human Resources professional with over 17 years of experience helping teams grow, leaders lead, and people feel supported at work. My career has been shaped by a deep interest in how work can be both productive and human — and how the right HR practices can help make that happen.

In my most recent role, I led a team of HR Generalists and worked closely with managers and directors across different departments. Together, we tackled everything from onboarding and performance reviews to employee relations and engagement. I’ve handled tough conversations, coached leaders through challenges, and helped build systems that make day-to-day work clearer and more supportive.

What I’ve always loved most about my work is the people part — being someone others feel they can trust, whether they need guidance, perspective, or just someone who truly listens. I’m detail-oriented and structured, but I’m also intuitive and thoughtful about the emotional side of work. I care about creating environments where people feel safe, respected, and able to grow.

Over the years, I’ve also worked on bigger-picture projects like process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and development planning. I enjoy digging into data to understand what’s working (and what’s not), and finding ways to make systems more efficient and human-centered at the same time.

I’ve worked remotely for several years and genuinely enjoy it. I appreciate the autonomy it offers and the intentional communication it requires. I’m organized, proactive, and comfortable managing my time across teams, priorities, and time zones.

Above all, I see HR as a space where empathy and structure can come together to support real change. I’m excited about roles where I can keep learning, keep growing, and contribute to a culture that values people as much as performance.
