Luan Santos De Jesus

I’m Luan, 24 years old, originally from São Bernardo do Campo, Brazil, but currently living in Dubai, UAE. Throughout my journey, I’ve combined technical skills, creativity, and experience in various fields. I’m passionate about video games, video editing, and exploring different cultures around the world. This curiosity has led me to gather a wide range of practical knowledge, both technical and social.

I have solid experience in customer service, particularly in e-commerce platforms, and worked at Teleperformance as an Expert in Interaction. In this role, I helped customers resolve logistical issues, ensured the safety of products, and collaborated with various departments to optimize processes. My performance was highly recognized by my managers, which led to positive recommendations, showcasing my dedication and competence.

My main passion is video editing. I use software such as Wondershare Filmora, CapCut, and DaVinci Resolve, and I take on freelance video editing work. This allows me to explore my creativity and continually refine my skills.

Additionally, I’ve edited promotional and social media videos for both individuals and businesses. I provided remote video editing services, creating content that meets my clients’ needs and delivering messages in a creative and impactful way.
