Reports in Salesforce enable data visualization and analysis to inform business
decisions. Report filters refine data to specific needs, while report types determine data
source.
The major steps I took in creating various report types are:
1: Defined report objectives
2: Selected appropriate report types and objects
3: Configured report filters and columns
4: Added charts
5: Saved and shared reports with relevant stakeholders.
Simplysocial will benefit from reports by, gaining insights into customers behaviours,
Tracking KPIs and metrics etc
