Hi, I’m Loveth Fenibo Benwakama, a Customer Support Specialist & Executive Virtual Assistant who helps teams stay organized, responsive, and productive — even in fast-moving environments.

I didn’t stumble into this work. I built these skills intentionally through hands-on training with the Digital Witch IT Support Community, where I developed real-world experience supporting operations, customers, and internal teams using modern tools and systems.

Here’s what I actually do well:

I handle customer communication and ticketing using tools such as Zendesk, HubSpot, Freshdesk, and Intercom, ensuring that no request is missed and every customer feels heard.

I provide full virtual assistant support — managing emails, calendars, documentation, travel itineraries, files, and executive tasks so leaders can focus on growth.

I support operations and projects using ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Notion, and Airtable to keep teams aligned and on track.

I assist with lead generation, cold calling, appointment setting, and scheduling, helping businesses convert conversations into real opportunities.

I streamline workflows with automation tools like Zapier, and manage daily collaboration using Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).

What makes me different is not just the tools — it’s how I use them.
