I have more than 10 years of leadership experience handling international accounts/campaign mostly in hospitality industry managing performance of the team. I have handled and had personal experience the culture of Aussie and Kiwi customers. My greatest achievement was that I was able to lead the growth of the campaign from 7 to 70 people across different line of businesses.

I have an MBA degree, specializing in Human Resource Management apart from the technical skills acquired from work.
