Answering phones, managing correspondence (emails, letters, packages), and ensuring effective communication within the organization and with external stakeholders. Maintaining both physical and electronic files, including confidential documents, and ensuring proper storage and retrieval of information. Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements for staff. Assisting with budget preparation, expense tracking, and processing invoices and payments. May supervise other administrative staff or oversee specific administrative functions within a department. Preparing regular reports on expenses, office activities, and other relevant data.
