I worked in the BPO company for 8 years. My first job at BPO was a Technical Support Representative for Verizon account. I receive calls from customers who has internet connection problem and I make it a point that the issue was resolved. I also handled AOL Account both for Technical Support which I handled email issues. I also worked as a billing Rep for the same account. I handled billing issues like multiple charges, refunds etc. I can also do email/chat support. I also worked as an Outbound Sales Representative until I was promoted as a Team Leader. As of the moment I am a part-time Online English Tutor.
