I am a Virtual Assistant and a 7 years experienced Human Resource Officer. I am also a registered Nurse and a Graphic Designer as well. As a Virtual Assistant, majority of my projects are data encoding, inventory related that commonly involves Microsoft Office and G Suites use. I have a proficient skills in Excel and Google spreadsheet. I have created automated excel and Google Spreadsheets that significantly reduced the time spent in computation of payroll, inventory, VA Monitoring management and other reports that can be extracted with Excel and google sheet. On my Human Resource experience, I am very well equipped with knowledge about administrative works, writing policies and procedures,checks aging contract, and resolving problems, grievances and concerns of our clients and employees and other HR task. I managed the Facebook Page of our comapany. I also do the minutes of meeting for the whole company meetings and conferences.
