Worked as Customer Service Representative and my main role is to assist customer with their accounts, purchased such as devices and lines, billings, troubleshooting, and customer complaints. during my time there, my greatest achievements were Awarded as 1 of the Top 10 expert with highest NPS score on our 3months training graduation.
