Monitor passengers throughout flight. Provide first-aid and communicate with pilots and ground personnel on any serious medical incidents.
Advise of turbulence and monitor the cabin during such times.
Brief and prepare passengers in the advent of an emergency landing.
Thank passengers as they deplane and aid with any special needs’ passengers such as handicapped and unaccompanied minor children.
