Hi, my name is Lory Jane Filosofo, I have been working as a general customer service representative in a BPO company for the past four years, this is basically about responding and assisting customers regarding basic technical issues on equipment and services as well as billing concerns for internet, TV and telco services, I also have a background on sales, transitioning potential warm leads to actual sales. I believe I am the perfect fit for this job because I am someone who is highly driven, motivated, and dedicated to her job, I can work independently, I value integrity and a sense of responsibility, I am always open to receiving feedback, and willing to be trained to learn new things for knowledge and skills continuous improvement. I have received several awards during my tenure at the same company that I have worked with. It would be a great honor to be part of your respective organization.  I recently decided to venture into freelancing and I am looking into helping small business owners generate more leads through effective email marketing strategy, product listing, copywriting and I can help on the social media management as well.
