My name is Lorraine, and I’m a results-driven professional with over 15 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, and client relationship management. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in roles such as secretary, personal assistant, customer care officer, and enrollment officer—each one strengthening my ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and serve with excellence.

I’m passionate about helping people, whether it’s solving a customer’s issue, supporting a team, or improving internal processes to make things run more smoothly. I take pride in my attention to detail, my strong work ethic, and my ability to stay calm and professional even in high-pressure situations. Over the years, I’ve become proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM systems like Salesforce and Zendesk, allowing me to manage information, respond promptly, and support business goals effectively.

Currently, I’m pursuing a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Records and Archives Management—a move that reflects my passion for information governance and structured systems. My goal is to transition into a senior management role in this field by January 2026, combining my wealth of administrative experience with my academic training to support organizations in preserving, organizing, and accessing important records and data.

I’m also building additional income streams, having joined Botle Buhle as a consultant. This opportunity has taught me valuable skills in marketing, networking, financial literacy, and goal setting. It’s part of my broader vision to achieve financial freedom and create a better future for my family.

Beyond work, my story is one of resilience and purpose. As a divorced mother who had to start over while raising two children, I’ve faced challenges that strengthened me. I believe that setbacks are setups for comebacks, and I use my journey to inspire others to believe in their inner strength, trust in God's plan, and never give up—no matter what life throws their way.
