My name is Lorraine Kay Ruizan. You my call me Lorraine. I graduated with a Degree in Office Administration. I can say that I have an extensive background in Customer service. I was part of User Support Department from my previous company. My job was to assist end users/ clients with Concur Travel Booking, Expense Reporting, and few Concur Audit queries. I was also promoted to Tier II. Part of being Tier II Support was to properly escalate tickets to the right resolving team if needed, helped the team with the right resolution after checking the Company Guidelines and Policies, administrative tasks such as sending daily and monthly reports, attended client meetings, and other tasks assigned by my Supervisor and Managers.
