I started as a teacher for about two years, I enjoyed helping Japanese and Korean students in learning to be more expressive, effective, and correct in using the English language. Then, I explored the world of Sales and Customer service when I worked as a Reservation Sales Specialist and a Live Chat Specialist in one of the known companies in the hospitality business. Here, I stayed the longest as the company is like family and my efforts were recognized through awards and incentives. After more than 8 years, I wanted to learn more skills so tried my luck in a start-up company where I've been given various tasks. I've been a Research and Data Entry Specialist where I helped build a database for an online shop and then I assisted another company as a Logistics and Dispatch Coordinator where I processed orders to the third party company and then match these orders to the availability of drivers. Now, I think I am doing great as a Virtual Assistant, a Remote Lead Manager for a real estate investor where I do first-hand communication through a texting platform. My goal is to help my client as much as I can since their success is my self-fulfillment. Being a Freelancer is a perfect job for me as I am able to take good care of my family and I have the most conducive space at home to do my work and this allows me to achieve the work and life balance.
Success for me is achieving my goals through the help of the Lord, the right attitude, not just working hard but working smart with the help of the resources available around us. I aim to be the best version of myself and to be the best person for the job. A happy client is always a happy life!
