I have an experience for almost 2 years in my previous company Teletech at Cebu site, 1 year as a chat support customer service and cross-trained into a customer representative, I can type 40 wpm without looking into the keyboard, multitask work at a time. In my previous job 60 customers per shift. We provide and satisfy customer needs and wants. And now I am currently 1 month employed at iQor as a customer service and sales representative, I wanted to enhance my experience, I wanted to try another challenge to another company if I have given a chance. I have this weakness in me, I'm a perfectionist and I tend to take my time double checking even the smallest details making sure they are done correctly, but I can make that as my advantage specially if my job requires me to do so.
