I've been an Accounting Assistant for almost twelve years at Suminac Philippines, Inc. My responsibilities are mainly preparation of compensation and benefits of our employees, monitoring of SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth contribution and loan remittance, preparation of government taxes, property, monitoring of lapsing schedewdules for plant and equipment, support back up monitoring of inventory accounts, company payables and cash disbursements and sales. At the same time, I became the Lead Auditor of ISO in the company. My major responsility is to assist the Management Representative in decision making as per ensuring every corrective and preventive actions/measures of every noncompliance. I became also the General Welfare Committee Chairperson of the company. My related task is raising employee benefits to the management where in the advantages and disadvantages to both parties should be fully determined first before the management's approval. These are all my responsibilities in the company and were all performed well because the teamwork as a leader was highly promoted and this was always my key to succeed every task. I am hardworking and can work on my own supervision. I can supervise work well. I am currently a part-time 51 talk online English Teacher at night. I utilized the rest of the day for CPA review.
