Been with UK HR Services for almost 4 years in-charge to do end to end processing of payroll for BMW employees based in UK. Before BMW, I been working with US account based in California, Texas, and Minnesota with the same responsibility, to do payroll management. A part of my responsibility is monitor and process Stocks purchase of the US employees. Also, I been involved in the management of Child support for US employees. Before getting involved with foreign company, I have gained knowledge in local Admin and HR stuff as such, Career Management, Placement and Movement of employees, local payroll and other benefits entitled for different levels of employees in one of the Automotive company based here in the Philippines.
