In my work experience, I have developed a strong foundation in administration, customer service, and technical support. Over the years, I have taken on different roles that allowed me to build skills in organization, communication, and problem‑solving. At home, I also spend time learning practical skills with my husband, who enjoys watching tutorials on cooking and fixing appliances. These experiences, both professional and personal, have shaped me into someone who is adaptable and resourceful.

I served as an Administrative Assistant for three years. In this role, I was responsible for managing schedules, coordinating tasks, and ensuring smooth communication within the team. I learned how to organize workflows, handle client correspondence, and maintain accurate records. This position helped me strengthen my organizational skills and taught me the importance of clear communication in supporting both colleagues and clients.

I also worked as a Pharmacy Helpdesk Specialist for an international healthcare account. This role required me to provide accurate guidance and resolve issues in a fast‑paced environment. I handled inquiries from pharmacies and healthcare providers, ensuring that they received the right information and support. I became skilled at troubleshooting problems, documenting cases, and escalating issues when necessary. This experience gave me a deeper understanding of healthcare processes and the importance of accuracy and confidentiality

In addition, I have four years of experience in technical support and customer service. Outside of work, I continue to learn practical skills at home. My husband often watches tutorials on cooking and fixing appliances, and I join him in applying these lessons. It has taught me the value of continuous learning and problem‑solving in everyday life. In my spare time, I enjoy watching animated movies with my youngest son. This is a simple but meaningful way for us to bond and spend quality time together.
