My name is Liza Marie Portas, I am 31 years old. I am a graduate with a Diploma in Information Technology. For the past 8 years, I've worked in Customer Service, through chat and phone support for Health Care Services in the United States of America. My primary role includes customer support in coordinating Health Insurance, data entry with website navigation. I was also responsible for Claims corrections, Claims resubmissions to insurance companies and payers, AR follow-ups, and checking and follow-up on claim status. During my career, I've demonstrated the ability to assist Patients with their Health Insurance and improve levels of customer service.
After working from the corporate world I decided to venture into working from home because I wanted to manage my own time and be able to spend more time with my family. I started working from home in 2016. I've worked on different projects in different fields such as Healthcare Representative, Customer Service, Online English Tutor, Social Media/Email Marketing, Product Descriptions, Data Entry, and Transcription jobs. I am always open to learning new things to help me enhance my knowledge and skills for various job opportunities. For me, being able to work on different tasks made me a flexible person which is easier for me to find jobs that will make my skills beneficial for the employers. I am willing to undergo training if necessary and very much willing to learn new things for the betterment of my performance. I can work under minimum supervision which I have been practicing since working from home.
