I've been a customer support for hoe many years and most of the tools that I've handled and used as a CSR include:
I can process orders, check fulfillment status, process refunds, and RMAs, answer calls, chats, and emails; and resolve tickets. I am also very keen and attentive to details. I am fluent in the English language. I can speak with little to no accent, can write and reply to customers efficiently. I can support customers through phone, chats, and emails. And if needed (and required), I call customers to verify certain information or gather additional information from them.
