8 years ago, when I first started studying Journalism at the university, I surely didn't think I would end up doing something so different then what I was going to spend the next 4 years studying, but here I am. After graduating and spending 6 months studying in the US, I came back ready to lock my first job in a field that, while I was in grad school caught my attention: social media. As it was, I ended up working as a social media for an online wedding shop and, part of the job was dealing with clients (through chat and email tools or even phone). It was a great year with lots of learning but the company had to close and I had to leave. Unemployed, I found work at a call center, working for one of Brazil's biggest public banks, giving support to customers on technological issues (from problems that went from ATM machines to their access on desktops and mobiles). I was an stresfull enviroment and I was glad when four months later I was hired as a Support Analyst to work for an E-commerce company. It was a great worplace and I was able to learn a lot - from processess to details of development (front and back end) - which lead me with one thing in mind: I really love working with support. I love being able to help other people and learn new things in the process; I love being recognized for being helpful.
