Directly supervised a staff of six compensation professionals who delivered exceptional compensation support to our leadership and employees. • • • • Designed and administered plans related to base pay, advanced practice provider (APP) compensation, physician compensation, pay-for-performance as well as, pay for employees covered under a collective bargaining agreement (union). Collaborated with an outside consultant to re-design, streamline and consolidate pay programs for the hospitalists and APPs (600+) across three different hospitals within the health system.
