approximately 30,000 employees with an annual payroll of approximately $180M. Directly supervised a staff of six
compensation professionals who delivered exceptional compensation support to our leadership and employees.

Designed and administered plans related to base pay, advanced practice provider (APP) compensation,
physician compensation, pay-for-performance as well as, pay for employees covered under a collective
bargaining agreement (union).
Collaborated with an outside consultant to re-design, streamline and consolidate pay programs for the
hospitalists and APPs (600+) across three different hospitals within the health system.
Served as the compensation lead for the implementation of Infor. Consolidated the data for 30,000
employees from two different HRIS systems into Infor. Designed comprehensive validation tools in Excel
to ensure all data migrated over accurately.
Served as the lead for all compensation functions related to mergers and acquisitions. Successfully
integrated 8,000+ employees during my tenure.
