I am completing my Master's degree in Human Resources in the next month. Prior to returning to school, I was working for large employers in the U.S. as a compensation and HRIS consultant. I have experience with Workday and Infor installs which included workflow design and testing. I was also responsible for ensuring the correct data conversion of pay rates, job mapping and other related employee data during the conversions. I am seeking remote employment as my main source of income. I would be able to devote 40+ hours per week to any projects I accept. In addition to experience working with large sets of confidential and sensitive data, I am an experienced and published writer. I spent many years crafting employee communications, with the ability to convey complex information in a succinct and digestible manner that employees of all levels can easily comprehend.
