Duties have included everything from email and calendar management, to project coordination, scheduling of travel, building client relationships, and general administrative management.
My legal background has provided me with the foundation to assist with business registrations, payroll processing, research, drafting, and problem-solving.
I also have a significant background in bookkeeping via Quickbooks online, including transaction entry, reconciliations, and the building of budgets within Quickbooks.
I also have an extensive computer background, proficient in programs such as Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office (including Sharepoint), Google Suite, Quickbooks, Slack, Zoom, Asana, Hootsuite/Buffer, Real Estate Software such as Followup Boss and Brokermint, and a variety of CRM and project management programs. I have yet to meet a computer program that I cannot master!
