• LMP Paralegal Services is a business tha tI started in 2009; however, I did not fully launch the business until January 2010. The services that offer consistently are deposition summaries; medical records/billing statements retrieval; medical record summaries; medical bill charts, drafting simple pleadings; preparing discovery; and witness interviews and investigations. I currently freelance to attorneys and Legal Nurse Consultants in New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Montana and California and I will gladly work for other attorneys and Legal Nurse Consultants in those states or any other states.
• The newest service that I have been offering for the past few years is Electronic Medical Records Organization. This service is designed to assist in easy navigation of provider/hospital charts for both the attorney and the physician expert. Also, in this day and age, many experts would prefer to have electronic medical records to review than 2 tons of paper! Further, the records are organized much like a hospital or a provider chart is organized, soit is much easier and faster for the expert to navigate a pdf in this format, and can save the attorney in costs for expert reviews.
