Lisa Marangon

Hello, my name is Lisa, I am Italian and I have been living in Brazil since 2007. Throughout this journey, I have had the opportunity to integrate into the local culture and develop a solid career in the luxury hospitality sector.

I have worked in operations since 1996 at Warner Village Cinemas and then in the hotel industry. In 2017, I embraced the area of airport hospitality operations, where I delivered major VIP lounges at Guarulhos International Airport (involving the Meet & Assist service) and Rio de Janeiro. I was responsible for leading a team of 700 people.

My goal has always been to provide excellent experience for both internal and external customers, ensuring that every detail was impeccable and reflected the highest quality standards.

My leadership approach is based on empathy, collaboration, and open communication, with a constant focus on positive results and the satisfaction of everyone involved. I believe in the power of teamwork and creative solutions to optimize processes and generate memorable experiences.

I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to continue learning, growing, and contributing significantly in my field, as well as applying my skills in new areas.
