Hello, my name is Lisa Negrycz-Gerstein, and over the past 15 years I've built a fulfilling career leading learning & development training initiatives, system administration, training coordination, budget and vendor management, and implementation of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics. I am an excellent project manager and have proved successful in building and motivated high-performance teams to deliver results on time and within budget. I also possess analytical, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills, with proven ability to manage personnel development, system deployment, and analytical reporting for management and C-level executives.
