Hi! I am Linus Rio Ziedreyk C. Santos, and I have been working with international accounts, clients, which helped me financially over the course of 4 years. I can confidently say I have harnessed my skills and capabilities to have extraordinary work in terms of customer service, administrative assistance, email related work and social media management.

I have been on the frontline of Telecommunications under Quantrics Enterprises for a year, moreover I have also worked with clients I knew from discords and job advertisements as a virtual assistant for a few months, and my most recent one is I have worked as a phone banker at Wells Fargo EGS LLC. In Quantrics, i have assisted elderly people to discuss their bills accordingly on what can be done better, These line of work is quite similar on wells fargo because I discuss bills as well. Aside from bills we discuss and manage accounts to make sure everything is up to date and secured. Working with banks also improved my focus on details that should not be overlooked. While my work with Quantrics and Wells Fargo is somewhat similar, My work as a virtual assistant was quite related as well, It is still customer relations yet i handle feedbacks and disputes. I have worked under zirtual under a client wherein i had to handle enormous amounts of emails regarding disputes, returns and general inquiries. Another virtual assistant i recently worked under a client where its regarding gacha games, where my main job was to handle feedbacks and engage with player experience to improve the contents my clients team do.

As you have noticed, I have been working for a lot of kinds of work, and all i can say is I have fully acknowledged that I can be a great asset to any kinds of work with the effort i whole heartedly put in. My reason for doing so is that I take honor with my work and I am eager to get my mom recover from a sickness. No matter how unfortunate it may sound regarding my situation, I strive the hardest out of all my siblings for the improvement of our way of living.
