As an accomplished recruiter with extensive experience and finely-honed abilities in talent acquisition
and candidate management, I have excelled in a dynamic recruitment environment, demonstrating a keen
ability to anticipate management and staffing needs and consistently identify optimal talent to achieve
and exceed set targets.
I am experienced in Budget planning/preparation of all spheres of Human Resources as I currently work
alongside a Finance Business partner and ensure implementation.
I have demonstrated my experience in the area of Reward Management as I have successful implemented
salary review and bonus payout structure in line with a performance appraisal system. Also, as regards
compensation and benefits, I oversee the remuneration of over 600 FTE & Contract employees. I, alongside Sales Operations Teams have designed and continually review commission structure to motivate and retain sales agents.
