I have been a Director of Administration for about 18 years, I have supervised 22 + staff, I worked for a nonprofit so was able to learn lots of skills did a little finance receivable/payables a little HR, Administrative. I was responsible for for all fundraising events, travel and purchasing. Also, was responsible for all Board duties scheduling meetings, agendas minutes and packets. Very familiar with Microsoft Suite organizing files attaching files, have done many mailings. Responsible for all staff offices in building maintenance.
