I am a Life and Executive Coach and an expert HR professional bringing 14 years of experience in the HR Industry, both corporate, working with international clients, and remotely including recruiting and managing remote teams, and the last years I have been helping individual clients, companies and executives to overcome different challenges, fears, and set and achieve their goals. We are all very resourceful human beings, but often we are unaware of our abilities, and we do not trust ourselves, we do not think clearly because we feel overwhelmed, burned out, or we lack work-life balance, because we are so much running into the rat race, that we forget about the most important person in our lives- Ourselves.

I help clients on their transformational journey to success, where there is no fear, they overcome obstacles and boundaries, and we work on any limited believes that are stopping you from achieving what your heart desires.

I use a variety of methods in Coaching, and I include Points of You coaching tools, NLP exercises, intuitive techniques that help outreach your true self and your true calling, and additional methodologies.
