While being a Customer Service Representative in Airlines industries for more than 3 years, I aim

to provide the best solution and alternatives to cater on members/custo mers' needs with

minimum effort from members or customers themselves.

As someone who love to travel, I'm constantly looking for better opportunity to learn more about

the world. I am capable of assessing situations and to define customer's need in their next and

upcoming trip.

While I enjoy working in a team, my teammates too enjoy working along with me with the

influence of my relaxing personality. I motivate people around me in time of crisis and proactively
