Lim Swee Kuen

I have been working for more than 25 years in various roles and different capacities in the corporate world. During my tenure, I was fortunate to be given the opportunity to undertake responsibilities in business planning, business implementation, operations, Quality System certification and management, Branch management and Business Development. During this period, I was sent to Moscow to lead a start-up operation for 2 years, thus giving me the exposure of working in a multicultural environment.

Besides the valuable experiences gained, I also managed to develop my skills in leadership, management, communication and networking. I believe in life-long learning and will continue to up-skill and re-skill myself. One guru said, "The best investment you can make is in yourself".
