My latest work experience is being a Homebase Live Chat Support. I have 1 year of experience as a Live Chat Agent in a Digital Marketing Company based in Massachusetts. With them, I've also gained the skills and knowledge in SEO/Link Building. The link building strategies we were using were Directory Listing, Business Listing, Scholarship, Broken link Building, Moving Man Method, Comment/Question and Answers. I learned how to handle client’s email for the Link building, data entry and reach out to prospects via email.
I’ve also worked as a Live Chat Support in a BPO company. I’ve been promoted as a Subject Matter Expert in the said company and the account was Comcast.
