WKL Talent Acquisition is part of WKL Consultancy, which is a Dutch IT Recruitment Company based in
Amsterdam. First I started to work remotely for 8 months and afterwards we decided to open an office in
Romania. So we opened, WKL Talent Acquisition in Arad, Romania and I had 3 main responsibilities:

As an Administrator and Human Resources Specialist, I was responsible for: opening the office
(documents, bills, bank accounts), contracts, hiring new employees, etc. Furthermore monthly
payments, taking decisions, building relationships and basically everything that involves keeping
the office up and running.

• The subject for my paper license was to analyze the psychological behavior of teenagers who are using
narcotics. I researched and interview 200 teenagers using self prepared questionnaire
• Using SPSS software, I analyzed the data distribution spread and prepared the histogram distribution
based on age and gender of the focus group.
• I performed the descriptive analysis by using Chi square test and comparing the results using p-value.
• I presented my result and findings using MS PowerPoint to the Senior faculty members. My thesis was
approved by my University and I scored 9.80 from 10.
