Human connections are everything. What is very important in human resources is the ability to establish and maintain relationships, I believe that this is one of my top skills.

I have studied psychology and that knowledge helped me a lot in understanding the candidate and client needs. Traveling to many countries has provided me with tremendous opportunities for discovery, understanding of different cultures and traditions. 

I had the opportunity to help and guide many candidates that were willing to change their jobs, helping with relocation and starting their new life adventure. I have worked with clients and candidates from all around the world. 

During my experience I have gained experience in different industries and added to my background many new skills: negotiation, leadership skills, permanent and contract placements, consulting, screening, face to face interviews, phone and video interviews, etc. 

I am passionate about finding the right candidate for the right job, I am patient with people and processes, I can contribute with opinions and ideas and I am willing to learn and improve as much as possible.
