Also, I am experienced in taking inbound/outbound calls, Collections, emails and supporting a team, banking audit (credit cards), Shopify (chargebacks, refund (full and partial), applying discount (which is part of partial refund), change size or quantity, manually upload tracking number (order fulfillment), editing product description if needed and we also manage some apps that part or linked with Shopify which is oberlo, klavio, sumai, Facebook, and import to loox), Help Scout, Konnective, and other services and can easily handle even the frustrated callers and customers. I also have experience as a Credit validator, Analytics, report (Staff Time, Kronos (Time Cards), Coaching, Team Meeting, Scrubbing of Chats, Trainer (when there’s an update) The analytic report, Month to date, Weekly report and Managing | Handling a Team).
