In 2017, after graduation, I got a sales manager’s position in Yandex, Inc., where I honed my communication skills and learnt the approaches of client service. In 2018, I moved to Armenia and continued my career as a manager in Armenia Travel LLC where the range of my responsibilities highly varied from a tour guide to an event-manager. Always taking a lead and showing passion for my work, I was granted an opportunity to complete a prestigious “Incoming and Outgoing Touroperating” training offered by Armenian Tourism Federation with “PUM” Netherlands. As a manager of Incoming department of Armenia Travel +M, I organised 3 tasting tours in «Ararat Brandy Factory» for German and Russian tourists.
