I started with Epldt Ventus handling Dish Network account where I handled general inquiries, billing programming changes, installations & pay per view orders, I've been with the account for 2 years. Also I was part of 1800 Flowers.com where I handled inbound sales & general inquiries as well. Then I moved to Ingram Micro where I first handled Renewal Services Desk (RSD) as Vendor Licensing Specialist for all licensing accounts, I also helped in order entry process for Microsoft, Adobe, Symantec & Trend Micro vendors, stayed there for 5 years. Then I moved to an Australian account for Telco & Internet account as CSR II handling billing, payments, subscription changes,& supervisor calls. Then moved to another Australian account which handles Power & Gas as CSR for billing, payments, reconnections, email & chats. Then the last account I handled Insurance account specifically Long Term Care where I answer general inquiries, claim status & follow up with Nursing facilities.
