I have been a HR Staff and Senior Customer Service Representatjve before I became a VA/PA. I have been in various industries and tasks. Part of my tasks are the following but not limited to data entry, data scraping, lead generation, appointment setting, order fulfillment/returns/refund/cancellation, customer service support (phones, chat and email), basic video editing, basic HTML, Wordpress listing, email management and marketing, managing CRM, project management, social media management, etc. I am very dependable and highly organize. I work independently and under minimal supervision.
