I have been working for the IT industry since 2005. I have worked on multiple platforms including VoIP, Networking (cabling, SoHo, office network, up to layer 3 networks), PC care and support. I had the opportunity to work as a CSO where we manage tickets and chat simultaneously. With my current work, I handle corporate/end user cases and we also have live monitoring of our network across Australia, we have chat support and live calls while on shift.
