Within my tenure, I managed to climb through the rankings quickly - landing a Quality Assurance Analyst position in one of the greatest Call Center in the Dominican Republic. There, I participated in Calibrations, Cost Reduction meetings with the Clients, etc. In addition, I have been remunerated several times as the employee of the month and the year.
