I am skilled in data entry with over 7 years capturing and check logging patient service request forms, verbal and written communication corresponding to supporters, patient enquiries, internal clients queries, customer support attending to customer's needs effectively, client liaising attending to stakeholder's, Doctors, patients and internal clients needs, attention to detail error logging over 300-400 service request forms per day to pick up on any mistakes that could cause dissatisfaction with either internal or external clients i.e patients, doctors and or the medical aids. I have recently qualified as a Data Administrator. I am looking to positively contribute to a company or individual seeking an experienced, gaol orientated, advanced time keeping skilled freelancer. I am currently enrolled in a social media strategist course as I want to expand my experiences and become even more valuable to my employer.
