I also worked as a Recruitment Consultant where I source suitable candidates and briefed them on the opportunities offered by the client Screening, interviewing, and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies. I've gained experience working as a customer service representative and technical support for quite some time where I was exposed to intensive training that enhanced my skills and boosted my knowledge in providing high-speed customer/ technical support via inbound phone inquiries, troubleshooting hardware, communicating with higher tier to resolve complex issues/problems and providing technical assistance to ensure a positive customer experience. In addition, I've worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Virtual/ Admin Assistant where I review, analyze, and report on quality errors related to content moderation. Investigating problems and developing dispositions and action plans for recurring errors. Coaching, mentoring and training the moderators. Preparing PowerPoint presentations about our weekly performance, submitting documents, preparing business letters, taking phone calls, and even setting a schedule for meetings.
