My name is Lent Doreez B. Corteza, I’m 24 years old and currently based in Cebu, Philippines. I am an individual who thrives on learning, adapting, and growing through new experiences. I studied Bachelor of Science, Major in Psychology for two years, which helped me develop a strong understanding of human behavior, communication, and problem-solving skills that I’ve carried with me into my professional journey.

I have over a year of experience in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative, where I learned the importance of patience, empathy, and clarity in communication. Working with diverse customers every day has strengthened my ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally. I take pride in providing excellent service and ensuring that every client interaction ends with a positive outcome. This experience not only improved my communication skills but also taught me the value of teamwork, time management, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Beyond customer service, I also have experience as a freelance content creator, working on video editing, photo editing, and social media content. I enjoy the creative process, transforming ideas into visual stories that engage and inspire audiences.
