I have been an IELTS/TOEFL/Pearson PTE/Call Center Trainer and an English Instructor as well as an Online English Teacher to Chinese students. I used to worked as a Customer Service Representative to an Australian telecommunication company (Telstra) and as a Sales Associate to a Satellite radio in the US (SiriusXm).
