Hi I'm Lemuel Rosh Salvador graduate of Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management. I've worked at customer service and hotel industry for more than 5 years. I started at being a front office associate at a hotel and got promoted to a team lead position within 1 year. I acquired most of my customer service skill during my stay at the hotel. Handling reservations, booking, checking in and out of the guest, handling guest complaints, providing the need and wants of the customer and team management. I also worked with different BPO companies handling different accounts like technical support for a dental application company based in the US, financial account as a fraud analyst for a US bank and a shift supervisor for a logistics company located at Western Australia. I'm a hard working person with the initiative to learn new stuff. I like to explore new knowledge and try to improve myself everyday. I might be new in freelancing but I gained a lot of experience from working with different clients.
